Information for Volunteers

Here are three reports that will help you gauge the ongoing success of your class and the College’s fundraising efforts.  Each report is updated daily.

The Class Giving Totals report lists, by class, alumni donors and their gifts to the College for the fiscal year.

The Yearly Comparison report lists, by class, the donors and gifts made to Holy Cross for this fiscal year versus last fiscal year.  This report allows for comparison of progress at any point during the year. “New” donors are alumni who have made a gift in the current year but had not made a gift in the prior year.

The Class Goals report lists the fundraising goals for each class and the total Holy Cross Fund participation and dollar goals.

The Donor Count by Class report tracks alumni donors by class, comparing them to last year's figures.  Please note that LY denotes last year and CY denotes current year.  This report will help us track our progress toward our participation goals.
