Holy Cross Club of Rhode Island Career Networking Evening
On June 5 in Providence, 33 alumni had the opportunity to participate in a unique career networking event – a Career Networking educational program featuring a PowerPoint presentation and guided tour of the Holy Cross Online Community presented by John Winters, Director of the Holy Cross Career Planning Center, and Bob Wally ’68, Coordinator of the Holy Cross Student/Alumni Career Network.
Through the strong initiative of the HC Club of Rhode Island and in particular the support of Vincent Greene ’95, past president, Steve Hickey ’73 , president (pictured left), and Dave Doern ’62, young alumni were provided an informative and valuable career networking experience. The evening was made all the more enjoyable by our host, Peter McGinn ’57 of Tillinghast Licht LLP.
It is anticipated that the Rhode Island event will be replicated at other regional clubs in the future.
