Frequently asked questions about Reunion:

How do I register for Reunion Weekend?

Simply fill out the Registration form and return it to the Alumni Office. You may also register online by following the instructions on the Registration form.

Is parking available on campus?

Ample parking is available on campus. Attendees are encouraged to rely solely on campus transportation to get to and from events.

How will I get from each Reunion event on campus?

Bus/van service will be available throughout campus until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and until noon on Sunday.

Will my guest and I be able to stay on campus?

On-campus housing is available (and encouraged) in our residence halls for our Reunion participants. Classes will be housed together.

What is provided for me in the residence halls?

Our housing staff provides each guest with bed linens, pillows, bath towels and soap. These supplies are not replenished daily. You may with to bring extra towels, clothes hangers, shower sandals, a portable fan, an iron, a small reading lamp or an alarm clock. Each room is equipped with a phone, however you must use a calling card to access an outside line. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of each residence hall.

Is there internet access in the residence halls?

The residence hall rooms are wired for Internet access through a LAN and are also equipped with wireless Internet. Computers are located on the first floor of Hogan Campus Center and will be available throughout the weekend.

Are children invited to participate in the Reunion events?

Children are welcome to attend the Alumni Picnic and Kids' Fair on Saturday. Due to limited housing and support staff, the College regrets that it is unable to accommodate children overnight or at any other events during Reunion weekend.

Will it be "open bar" at the Friday and Saturday night dinners?

Friday evening includes one free drink ticket and cash bar. Saturday evening includes a one-hour open bar reception, followed by a cash bar during the dinners.

Is there a dress code for Reunion Weekend?

Attire for daytime activities and Friday evening are casual. Attire for Saturday evening is a suit or jacket and tie for men, and a dress, skirt or pants suit for women.

Will the Wellness Center be open during Reunion Weekend?

Yes, the Hart Center and Smith Wellness Center are available for use throughout the Reunion Weekend. Facilities include pool, sauna, squash/racquetball courts, basketball courts, Nautilus and cardio equipment.

Will the Bookstore be open during Reunion Weekend?

Yes, the Bookstore will be open on Friday and Saturday only. Check out the full array of Holy Cross merchandise for sale.
