Campfire Kid's Club

Program Director:: Michael Dyer, mjdyer07@holycross.edu, ext. 5055
Assistant Program Director:: Nicole Friebel
Intern: Mary Toomey
Days/Time: Camp Fire Kid's Club volunteers go one day a week to spend time with underprivileged elementary school children.

This program offers both the opportunity to tutor children and enjoy fun games with them. Tutoring is for all subjects and activities range from ping-pong and pool to video games and arts and crafts. No previous tutoring experience is needed, just an open mind and the ability to communicate is all it takes.

Beyond just spending time with the kids, volunteers are able to become mentors to the kids. Each day spent at the site improves our relationship with the kids and they really look forward to the time spent with the Holy Cross volunteers.

"This program is truly an incredible experience and a great opportunity to meet amazing kids."
